In 1990, I was glad to see the birth of BPF as a pioneer think tank founded in succession to the Group of 89 members of the Basic Law Consultative and Drafting Committee.

When most people are pessimistic about future prospects for the US and the Global economy, BPF knows that it is time for us to react proactively and positively to the challenges ahead. We, as a pioneer think tank with the dedicated objective of working for the betterment of Hong Kong, advocates public policy reforms and initiatives which will make things better.

Personal data including names, addresses, e-mail addresses, etc. are collected from our site visitors on a voluntary basis. The data are collected and used by us for the purposes of conducting research and analysis, keeping of statistics, organization of activities and communication of our news. Access to personal data collected is limited to authorised personnel within BPF for internal use for the purposes aforesaid only. BPF may transfer personal data collected to our consultants and service providers for the aforesaid purposes. The transmission of any information on-line is not secured by encryption.
