In 1990, I was glad to see the birth of BPF as a pioneer think tank founded in succession to the Group of 89 members of the Basic Law Consultative and Drafting Committee.

Hong Kong MAKE Award 2010 and Outstanding Knowledge Management Project Award
BPF is one of the supporting organisations of Hong Kong Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Award 2010 and Outstanding Knowledge Management (KM) Project Award.
BPF is one of the supporting organisations of Hong Kong Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Award 2010 and Outstanding Knowledge Management (KM) Project Award.
The MAKE Award, hosted by the Knowledge Management Research Centre (KMRC) of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, was first introduced in Hong Kong in 2008. The purpose of the award is to acknowledge the commitment of companies and organisations in Knowledge Management, and to bring public recognition to their outstanding achievements in KM activities.
In addition to the Hong Kong MAKE Award, the Outstanding KM Project Award from the Knowledge Management Research Centre will also be introduced this year to individuals or teams who have designed and launched KM projects successfully in specific areas within an organisation.
